Delhi Global Senior School, Sector 7 Panchkula, celebrated World Nature Conservation Week from 22.07.2024 to 26.07.2024.
On the first day, Pre Primary and Primary children were shown a video on the importance of nature conservation.
On the second day, Best Out of Waste activity was conducted in the classrooms, in which children were made aware of the importance of recycling and reusing products by making pen stands and flowers with the help of newspaper.
On the third day, Pre Primary and Primary children gave interesting presentations to give a strong message of contributing to save the environment.
On the fourth day, tree plantation activity was organized in the school. Primary and Pre Primary children planted saplings in the school premises with the help of teachers and school gardener.
To conclude the Nature Conservation Week, Pre Primary had a fancy dress competition and Primary had a dance competition.
